Documentary Storytelling
Calm coverage of the vows, the confetti and the first dance, captured as you lived it and never staged.
Classic, timeless wedding photography in Letchworth, from the bridal prep and the groom's preparations to the first dance, with hand-finished albums made to pass down the generations.
Serving Letchworth
Letchworth is the world's first garden city. We regularly photograph weddings throughout Hitchin, Baldock and Stevenage and the surrounding part of Hertfordshire. From the ceremony to the reception, we keep the day flowing whatever the venue in Hertfordshire.
We blend candid storytelling with a handful of timeless couple portraits at golden hour, away from the wedding breakfast. Our approach is relaxed and documentary, so you can be present at your own church or civil ceremony rather than posing for it. We photograph the small details as carefully as the vows, the buttonholes and bouquets as well as the exchange of rings.
Couples come to us from right across the Home Counties, and Letchworth is firmly on our patch. Letchworth is the world's first garden city, and we know its venues well. We also cover nearby Baldock and Royston. Around Letchworth we regularly photograph at The Broadway Hotel, Letchworth Hall Hotel and Standalone Farm, among others.
Letchworth Garden City was the world's first garden city, founded in 1903 on the principles set out by Ebenezer Howard. Letchworth Garden City station is on the line between Cambridge and London King's Cross, served by Great Northern. For relaxed couple photographs, we like Howard Park and Gardens and the woodland and meadows of Norton Common, and The Spirella Building, a Grade II* listed former corset factory of the garden city era gives the day a strong sense of Letchworth.

What we offer
Calm coverage of the vows, the confetti and the first dance, captured as you lived it and never staged.
The seated meal, the toasts and the room, captured before and during the celebration.
From bridal prep to the last dance, every part of the day told as one story.
Every tradition
We capture the couple's first steps as husband and wife, or as newlyweds, straight after the vows. The exchange of rings is a quiet, tender moment, and we are always in position for it. From the processional to the confetti, the ceremony tells its own story, and we follow it closely.
We capture the receiving line, when the couple greet their guests one by one, with warmth. We capture the guests and the family moments, not just the couple. The cake cutting is a lovely, classic moment, and we are ready for it.

The whole celebration
We can join you from the first hair-and-make-up call or arrive closer to the ceremony, whichever you prefer. Tell us which parts of the morning matter most and we will build the coverage around them.
We always recommend a little time for couple portraits, often at golden hour, away from the bustle. From the morning preparations to the final dance, we give every part of the day the same care.
Why choose us
We bring the steadiness that only comes from photographing the vows and the first dance for twenty-five years. Couples choose us for our calm presence and our eye for the moments that matter, the vows, the confetti and the first dance.
We factor in the drive between the church and the marquee carefully, so we are in position before the confetti. A wedding that moves from the parish church to a separate reception venue is never an issue; we plan the route in advance.

Where we travel
We cover the whole of the UK for weddings, so the distance to a remote manor house or country church is never a barrier. We are London-based but rarely in London; much of our work takes us to the country houses and churches of the Home Counties.

Good to know
You will receive a small preview soon after the day, followed by your full edited gallery. We then design a hand-finished, fine-art album that holds the whole story of your wedding for years to come.
Always. We carry backup cameras, lenses and memory cards to every wedding, and back up your images on the day, so your photographs are safe from the moment they are taken.
Most weddings run from the morning preparations through to the first dance, so full-day coverage works best. If your day is shorter or spread differently, we simply tailor the hours to suit it.
Absolutely. We regularly photograph Anglican and Catholic church weddings in Letchworth, working quietly and respectfully around the service, the readings and the hymns, and capturing the confetti and celebrations outside afterwards.
Yes. A pre-wedding shoot is a lovely way to relax in front of the camera before the big day. We are happy to arrange one at a location you love, and it helps everything feel easy on the day itself.
