Serving Princes Risborough
Princes Risborough is a market town below the Chiltern scarp. Wherever your ceremony and reception are held across Aylesbury, High Wycombe and Wendover, we plan the timings and travel with care. From the ceremony to the reception, we keep the day flowing whatever the venue in Buckinghamshire.
We photograph with warmth and care through the vows, the speeches and the toasts, mindful of how much the day means. We photograph the quiet and the joyful with equal care, the vows as faithfully as the first dance. We take the time beforehand to understand the order of your church or civil ceremony and the plans for the reception.
Much of our work takes us across Buckinghamshire; Princes Risborough, a market town below the Chiltern scarp, and the towns around it, including Aylesbury, High Wycombe and Wendover, are very familiar to us. We also cover nearby Chalfont St Peter and Denham. Venues we have photographed at near Princes Risborough include Princes Risborough Golf Club and Notley Tythe Barn.
Princes Risborough is a market town below the Chiltern scarp, often described as a gateway to the Chilterns. Princes Risborough station is on the Chiltern Main Line and is also the terminus of the Chinnor and Princes Risborough heritage railway. We often take couples to Whiteleaf Hill, the National Trust chalk grassland and viewpoint overlooking the town for a few quiet portraits, and Whiteleaf Cross, the chalk cross cut into the hillside above the town is a lovely backdrop nearby.

What we offer
Working quietly and respectfully during the service, mindful of where a photographer may stand.
Beautifully bound albums of the ceremony, the wedding breakfast and the evening party to pass down.
Relaxed, natural coverage of civil ceremonies and licensed civil-venue weddings.
Every tradition
We capture the couple's first steps as husband and wife, or as newlyweds, straight after the vows. The first kiss seals the marriage, and we photograph it with care. From the processional to the confetti, the ceremony tells its own story, and we follow it closely.
We capture the drinks reception, with the canapes, the receiving line and the lawn games. We capture the guests and the family moments, not just the couple. The day often opens with bridal preparation, the dress, the details and the buttonholes, and we are there for it.

The whole celebration
Some couples like a first look before the ceremony; others prefer to wait for the aisle, and we plan for either. We can join you from the first hair-and-make-up call or arrive closer to the ceremony, whichever you prefer.
We always recommend a little time for couple portraits, often at golden hour, away from the bustle. We document the grand moments and the quiet ones in between, so nothing is lost.
Why choose us
We know the rhythm of a church ceremony by heart, so the vows and the first kiss are always captured. We are trusted with weddings of every size, from an intimate registry-office ceremony to a country house of several hundred guests.
Travelling between your church ceremony and your country-house reception is simply part of how we work. We are used to days split between a registry office and a country-house reception, and we keep everything flowing between them.

Where we travel
We are London-based but rarely in London; much of our work takes us to the country houses and churches of the Home Counties. We photograph church and civil weddings throughout the Home Counties, and Princes Risborough is firmly within the area we cover.

Good to know
Yes. The dress, the shoes, the rings, the flowers, the stationery and the table settings all tell part of your story, and we photograph them with care, usually before the guests arrive.
You will receive a small preview soon after the day, followed by your full edited gallery. We then design a hand-finished, fine-art album that holds the whole story of your wedding for years to come.
Yes. We love to steal a few quiet minutes at golden hour, away from the reception, for a handful of relaxed, beautifully lit couple portraits. Just fifteen minutes near your venue is usually all it takes.
Yes. A pre-wedding shoot is a lovely way to relax in front of the camera before the big day. We are happy to arrange one at a location you love, and it helps everything feel easy on the day itself.
Always. We carry backup cameras, lenses and memory cards to every wedding, and back up your images on the day, so your photographs are safe from the moment they are taken.
