Second Photographers
For larger weddings, a second shooter covers the bridal prep and the groom's preparations at once.
Your wedding photographer in Rickmansworth, documenting the drinks reception, the receiving line and the lawn games, with an unobtrusive documentary eye and heirloom albums.
Serving Rickmansworth
Rickmansworth is a Three Rivers town. Wherever your ceremony and reception are held across Chorleywood, Croxley Green and Northwood, we plan the timings and travel with care. We are equally at home at a city townhouse, a stately home or a country barn.
We work discreetly during the church service, mindful that some churches restrict where a photographer may stand. We are a reassuring presence through the drinks reception and the wedding breakfast, so everyone relaxes and the day flows. We are calm and unhurried, gathering the whole story from bridal prep to the last dance without ever getting in the way.
Much of our work takes us across Hertfordshire; Rickmansworth, a Three Rivers town, and the towns around it, including Chorleywood, Croxley Green and Northwood, are very familiar to us. We also cover nearby Watford and St Albans. We are at home at Rickmansworth-area venues such as Moor Park Golf Club, Micklefield Hall and The Waterside Venue.
Rickmansworth is a Three Rivers town in Hertfordshire, set where the rivers Chess, Gade and Colne meet north west of London. Rickmansworth station is an interchange served by the London Underground Metropolitan line and Chiltern Railways. For relaxed couple photographs, we like Rickmansworth Aquadrome, with Batchworth and Bury Lakes, open grassland and woodland walks, and The Aquadrome, a lakeside park and nature reserve with lakes formed from gravel pits once dug to build the original Wembley Stadium gives the day a strong sense of Rickmansworth.

What we offer
For larger weddings, a second shooter covers the bridal prep and the groom's preparations at once.
The seated meal, the toasts and the room, captured before and during the celebration.
From the walk down the aisle to the vows, the rings and the first kiss, captured with a discreet eye.
Every tradition
We are mindful of each officiant's wishes, whether in a church, a registry office or a civil venue. We anticipate the first kiss and the walk back down the aisle so neither is ever missed. We keep our distance during the vows and step in for the joyful moments that follow.
We document the details, the flowers, the table settings, the stationery and the venue, before the guests arrive. The wedding breakfast is the seated meal, and we photograph the room, the toasts and the details. From the first details to the last dance, we tell the full story of the day.

The whole celebration
Some couples like a first look before the ceremony; others prefer to wait for the aisle, and we plan for either. The buttonholes, the bouquets and the dress are photographed while the day is still calm.
The group and family photographs are handled calmly and quickly, so you are soon back with your guests. The day is a journey, from the walk down the aisle to the confetti, the speeches and the evening party.
Why choose us
We have photographed church and civil weddings across the country for more than two decades. Our experience across church, registry office and licensed civil venues runs deep.
We are London-based and travel across Hertfordshire for church, registry office and country-house weddings alike. We cover the Home Counties and beyond, glad to travel further afield for a barn or marquee wedding on request.

Where we travel
From London we reach Rickmansworth easily, and we know its country houses, barns and parish churches well. We are used to days split between a registry office and a country-house reception, and we keep everything flowing between them.

Good to know
Yes. Many weddings move between a church or registry office and a separate reception venue. We plan the route and timings in advance and keep the whole day flowing smoothly between them.
Yes. The dress, the shoes, the rings, the flowers, the stationery and the table settings all tell part of your story, and we photograph them with care, usually before the guests arrive.
Popular dates, especially in summer, book up well ahead, so we recommend enquiring as early as you can. Tell us your wedding date and venue and we will confirm availability straight away.
Very much so. We are at home at manor houses, stately homes, barns and garden marquees across Hertfordshire. We know how to make the most of grand rooms, rustic settings and beautiful grounds.
British weather is changeable, so we always have a relaxed wet-weather plan ready. We find sheltered spots and lovely light indoors, and a few dry minutes are usually all we need for beautiful couple portraits.
