We know the order of the mandap rituals by heart, so we are always in position. The most sacred parts of the day are captured from a respectful distance with a quiet long lens. For Gujarati families, we know the hastamelap and the four mangal pheras and photograph each as you keep it.

The sangeet is an evening of music and dance, and we capture all of its energy. For Gujarati families, we know the mandvo, the grah shanti and the pithi, and photograph each with care. We photograph the milni, when the two families meet, with all of its warmth.
