Documentary-style Hindu wedding photography in Hendon, from the dhol of the baraat to the quiet vows exchanged at the mandap, with an unobtrusive documentary eye and heirloom albums.
Serving Hendon
Hendon is a diverse north London area with grand banqueting suites. We travel throughout Greater London for mandap ceremonies, and Colindale, Golders Green and Brent Cross are all familiar to us. From Hendon we cover weddings right across Greater London, at temples, hotels, marquees and banqueting suites.
We are a reassuring, familiar presence, so everyone relaxes and the day flows naturally. We follow your family's customs closely and photograph them exactly as you keep them. Our style is unobtrusive, so the day feels like yours and never a photoshoot.
Hindu families across Colindale, Golders Green and Brent Cross trust us with their weddings, and Hendon, a diverse north London area with grand banqueting suites, is a place we return to often. We also cover nearby Edgware and Stanmore.

What we offer
Beautifully bound albums and fine prints designed around your favourite images.
For large mandap days, a second shooter covers the baraat and the bridal prep at once.
From the Ganesh puja to the griha pravesh, every day of the celebration covered.
Every tradition
We photograph the couple's first steps as husband and wife around the sacred fire. The pheras around the agni, each carrying a vow, are the heart of the ceremony, and we capture them close. The jaimala, when the couple exchange garlands, is a moment of pure joy we love to photograph.
The pre-wedding events are often where the most natural photographs come from, and we give them full attention. The vidaai, when the bride leaves her family home, is the most tender moment of the day. The reception is the joyful finale, with speeches, the first dance and the bhangra.

The whole celebration
The turmeric of the haldi and the henna of the mehndi are rich with colour, and we make the most of it. A Gujarati celebration might open with the mandvo and grah shanti, followed by the pithi.
For the busiest days, a second photographer covers two moments at once, the baraat and the bridal prep. Just fifteen minutes is enough for a handful of timeless portraits near your venue.
Why choose us
A thousand weddings in, we still find every celebration unique, and photograph it that way. Decades of weddings mean we read the day instinctively and never miss the moments that matter.
We factor in travel and timings carefully, so we are always where we need to be. We are glad to discuss your venues and the journey between them when you enquire.

Where we travel
From London we reach Hendon easily, and we know the venues of Greater London well. We will travel to your mandap, your reception and your pre-wedding events, wherever they are held.

Good to know
Absolutely. We regularly cover the Ganesh puja, haldi, mehndi, sangeet, the wedding and the reception in Hendon, with additional photographers for the largest celebrations.
Of course. Whether it is an intimate mandap ceremony or a celebration of several hundred, we tailor our coverage to your day.
Most Hindu weddings run from the morning preparations through to the reception, so full-day coverage works best. For multi-day celebrations we tailor the hours to your events.
Yes. Our style is mainly documentary, but we will also gather a handful of timeless couple and family portraits so your album has both.
Very much so. We know the mandap rituals by heart, from the jaimala and kanyadaan to the pheras and the saptapadi, and we position ourselves so the sindoor and mangalsutra are always captured.
