Pre-Wedding Events
The haldi, mehndi and sangeet, where the warmest, most natural moments often happen.
Experienced Hindu wedding photographer serving Redditch, capturing every ritual from the turmeric of the haldi to the sindoor, with warmth, discretion and beautiful albums to keep.
Serving Redditch
Redditch is a Worcestershire town near Birmingham. Across Bromsgrove, Studley and Alvechurch and the rest of Worcestershire, we cover the baraat, the ceremony and the reception with a careful eye. We cover the whole of the Midlands, and Redditch and the towns around it are well known to us.
We follow your family's customs closely and photograph them exactly as you keep them. We photograph the sacred and the joyful with equal care, the agni as faithfully as the bhangra. We bring a long lens and a light touch, so the most sacred parts of the day are captured from a respectful distance.
We are often in Redditch for Hindu weddings, and from London the area, taking in Bromsgrove, Studley and Alvechurch, is an easy journey. We also photograph in nearby Bromsgrove and Worcester.

What we offer
The haldi, mehndi and sangeet, where the warmest, most natural moments often happen.
Discreet, respectful coverage around the pandit and the sacred fire.
The speeches, the first dance and the bhangra, captured to the very last guest.
Every tradition
We photograph the lighting of the havan and the blessings of the pandit with respect. The most sacred parts of the day are captured from a respectful distance with a quiet long lens. We photograph the mangalsutra and sindoor, the signs of the new marriage, with tenderness.
The day often opens with a Ganesh puja for an auspicious start, and we are there for it. We capture the groom's arrival in procession, on a horse or in a car, surrounded by dancing family. The pre-wedding events are often where the most natural photographs come from, and we give them full attention.

The whole celebration
The days before the wedding often hold the most relaxed, candid moments of the whole celebration. A Gujarati celebration might open with the mandvo and grah shanti, followed by the pithi.
From the baraat to the last guest, we follow the whole day at its own pace. We always recommend a little time for couple portraits, often at golden hour, away from the bustle.
Why choose us
A thousand weddings in, we still find every celebration unique, and photograph it that way. Couples choose us for our calm, experienced presence and our knowledge of every ritual.
