Redhill is a Surrey town with a diverse community. We photograph Hindu weddings across Surrey, including Reigate, Horley and Merstham, at mandaps, temples and banqueting halls. We cover the whole of the Home Counties, and Redhill and the towns around it are well known to us.

We photograph with warmth and respect, mindful of the meaning behind each ritual. We work discreetly around the pandit and the families, never intruding on a sacred moment. We bring a long lens and a light touch, so the most sacred parts of the day are captured from a respectful distance.

Knowing the order of your day

We know the order of the mandap rituals by heart, so we are always in position. We photograph the mangalsutra and sindoor, the signs of the new marriage, with tenderness. The exchange of garlands high above the guests is a moment of laughter and joy, and we are ready for it.

We capture the groom's arrival in procession, on a horse or in a car, surrounded by dancing family. The dhol and dancing of the baraat are pure joy, and we capture every bit of the energy. We are glad to cover a single event or the whole multi-day celebration.
