The rituals that make your day

We photograph the lighting of the homam and the blessings of the priests with respect. The thali, tied to the sound of the nadaswaram, is the sacred heart of the ceremony, and we capture it close. The blessings of the elders and the sammandhi mariyathai close the ceremony, and we capture them with warmth.

The oonjal swing, the singing and the rice balls offered to the couple are full of family warmth. The pre-wedding events are often where the most natural photographs come from, and we give them full attention. From the henna of the mehndi to the songs of the oonjal, the events set the tone for the wedding.
