Woking is a Surrey town with a diverse community and the landmark Shah Jahan Mosque. We are used to multi-venue days throughout Surrey, moving smoothly between Guildford, Weybridge and Byfleet. From Woking we cover weddings right across Surrey, at temples, kalyana mandapams and banqueting suites.
A long lens and a light touch let us capture the sacred muhurtham from a respectful distance from the homam. We make sure the families are in the story too, not just the couple at the mandapam. We anticipate each ritual, so the kashi yatra, the oonjal and the saptapadi are never missed.
Much of our work takes us across Surrey; Woking, a Surrey town with a diverse community and the landmark Shah Jahan Mosque, and the towns around it, including Guildford, Weybridge and Byfleet, are very familiar to us. Woking is a diverse Surrey town and home to the Shah Jahan Mosque, the first purpose-built mosque in the United Kingdom, opened in 1889. Woking railway station is a principal commuter stop on the South West Main Line, managed by South Western Railway. We often take couples to Horsell Common near Woking for a few quiet portraits, and Shah Jahan Mosque on Oriental Road is a lovely backdrop nearby.
