From the kanyadaanam to the saptapadi, the ceremony tells its own story, and we follow it closely. We are ready for the moment the thali, the mangalsutra, is tied around the bride's neck.

We photograph the warmth of the two families meeting at the sammandhi mariyathai. The mehndi, the nichayathartham and the nalangu each carry their own mood, and we photograph them all. We are glad to cover a single event or the whole multi-day celebration.
