Pre-Wedding Events
The haldi, mehndi and sangeet, where the warmest, most natural moments often happen.
Documentary-style Hindu wedding photography in Aldershot, from the groom's baraat and the milni to the pheras and the vidaai, with relaxed coverage and timeless fine-art albums.
Serving Aldershot
Aldershot is a Hampshire garrison town with a Nepalese and South Asian community. Hindu families throughout Farnborough, Ash and Fleet trust us with their celebrations, large and small. From Aldershot we cover weddings right across Hampshire, at temples, hotels, marquees and banqueting suites.
We keep the calm of the mandap and the energy of the reception in equal measure. We make sure the families are in the story too, not just the couple. We blend candid storytelling with a handful of timeless, beautifully lit portraits.

What we offer
The haldi, mehndi and sangeet, where the warmest, most natural moments often happen.
Calm, unobtrusive coverage that captures the day as you lived it, never staged.
The most emotional moment of the day, photographed with great sensitivity and care.
Every tradition
We know the order of the mandap rituals by heart, so we are always in position. The saptapadi, the seven steps the couple take together, seals the marriage, and we photograph it with reverence. We work quietly around the pandit so the ceremony at the mandap is never disturbed.
The day often opens with a Ganesh puja for an auspicious start, and we are there for it. From the first event to the last, we tell the full story of the celebration. From the turmeric of the haldi to the music of the sangeet, the events set the tone for the wedding.

The whole celebration
The turmeric of the haldi and the henna of the mehndi are rich with colour, and we make the most of it. A multi-day Hindu wedding can run across three or four days, and we plan our coverage around all of them.
Whether the wedding and reception are on the same day or spread across a weekend, we plan for it. The best galleries are spread evenly across the day, not saved for the pheras alone.
Why choose us
Twenty-five years behind the lens means we know exactly what comes next in the order of the day. We are trusted with celebrations of every size, from intimate ceremonies to several hundred guests.
Distance is never a problem; travelling to your venues is simply part of how we work. From our London base, Aldershot and the rest of Hampshire are an easy, familiar journey.

Where we travel
We are glad to discuss your venues and the journey between them when you enquire. We photograph weddings throughout the Home Counties, and Aldershot is firmly within the area we cover.
