Second Photographers
For large mandap days, a second shooter covers the baraat and the bridal prep at once.
Heartfelt Hindu wedding photography in Portsmouth, from the Ganesh puja that opens the day to the griha pravesh that closes it, with hand-finished albums made to pass down the generations.
Serving Portsmouth
Portsmouth is a historic naval city with waterside venues. We are comfortable in every setting in Southsea, Cosham and Fareham, from a lavish mandap to a quiet family puja. Whether your mandap is in Portsmouth itself or elsewhere across Hampshire, we plan the day around your venues.
We capture the details too, the flowers, the jewellery, the mandap, that make your day yours. Our approach is relaxed and documentary, so you can be present in your own wedding. We take the time beforehand to understand your customs and the order of your events.
From the mandap to the reception, we keep the day flowing across Hampshire, and Portsmouth is firmly within our patch. We also photograph in nearby Basingstoke and Winchester.

What we offer
For large mandap days, a second shooter covers the baraat and the bridal prep at once.
The speeches, the first dance and the bhangra, captured to the very last guest.
The dhol, the dancing and the groom's joyful arrival, photographed with all of its energy.
Every tradition
The pheras around the agni, each carrying a vow, are the heart of the ceremony, and we capture them close. From the kanyadaan to the saptapadi, the ceremony tells its own story, and we follow it closely. We are mindful of every family's customs at the mandap, Gujarati, Punjabi, Marwari or North Indian.
From the first event to the last, we tell the full story of the celebration. We capture the groom's arrival in procession, on a horse or in a car, surrounded by dancing family. The vidaai, when the bride leaves her family home, is the most tender moment of the day.

The whole celebration
Tell us which events matter most and we will build the coverage around them. The haldi and mehndi are intimate, colourful gatherings that set the tone for everything to come.
From the baraat to the last guest, we follow the whole day at its own pace. The wedding day itself is a journey, from the groom's baraat and the milni to the pheras and the vidaai.
Why choose us
Our experience across Gujarati, Punjabi, Marwari and North Indian weddings runs deep. Our long experience means a calm, capable presence whatever the day brings.
We are used to celebrations spread across several venues, and keep the day flowing between them. We are London-based but rarely in London; much of our work takes us across the Home Counties.

Where we travel
We factor in travel and timings carefully, so we are always where we need to be. We photograph weddings throughout the Home Counties, and Portsmouth is firmly within the area we cover.
