Experienced Hindu wedding photographer serving Bolton, from the Ganesh puja that opens the day to the griha pravesh that closes it, captured as it happens and never staged.
Serving Bolton
Bolton is a town with a large South Asian community and grand venues. We are used to multi-venue days throughout Greater Manchester, moving smoothly between Farnworth, Horwich and Westhoughton. We cover the whole of the North of England, and Bolton and the towns around it are well known to us.
We blend candid storytelling with a handful of timeless, beautifully lit portraits. We are at ease with large, multi-day celebrations and intimate ceremonies alike. We read the rhythm of a Hindu celebration and are always in the right place at the right time.
We have photographed Hindu weddings throughout Farnworth, Horwich and Westhoughton for many years, and Bolton is a familiar and welcome destination. We also cover nearby Oldham and Rochdale.

What we offer
Fine prints and framed art to bring your favourite images home.
The seven steps around the holy fire and the giving of the sindoor and mangalsutra, captured with reverence.
The milni, the blessings and the ashirwad, so the whole gathering is remembered.
Every tradition
The saptapadi, the seven steps the couple take together, seals the marriage, and we photograph it with reverence. For Gujarati families, we know the hastamelap and the four mangal pheras and photograph each as you keep it. We photograph the couple's first steps as husband and wife around the sacred fire.
The dhol and dancing of the baraat are pure joy, and we capture every bit of the energy. From the first event to the last, we tell the full story of the celebration. The vidaai, when the bride leaves her family home, is the most tender moment of the day.

The whole celebration
Many families hold a roka or engagement long before the wedding, and a sangeet the night before. A multi-day Hindu wedding can run across three or four days, and we plan our coverage around all of them.
The story ends with the griha pravesh that welcomes the bride into her new home. Just fifteen minutes is enough for a handful of timeless portraits near your venue.
Why choose us
A thousand weddings in, we still find every celebration unique, and photograph it that way. Over a thousand celebrations have taught us when to step in close and when to stand quietly back.
We cover the whole of the UK for weddings, so distance never stands in the way. We photograph weddings throughout the North of England, and Bolton is firmly within the area we cover.

Where we travel
We are London-based but rarely in London; much of our work takes us across the North of England. We are London-based and travel across Greater Manchester and the wider region for Hindu weddings.
