Family Moments
The milni, the blessings and the ashirwad, so the whole gathering is remembered.
Timeless Hindu wedding photography in Edinburgh, from the lighting of the havan to the giving of the sindoor and mangalsutra, with calm, storytelling coverage and fine-art albums.
Serving Edinburgh
Edinburgh is Scotland's historic capital, with elegant venues. We know the venues of Scotland well, and move easily between the ceremony and reception across Leith, Morningside and Portobello. We photograph at temples, mandaps and banqueting halls right across Scotland.
We photograph with warmth and respect, mindful of the meaning behind each ritual. We read the rhythm of a Hindu celebration and are always in the right place at the right time. We anticipate each ritual, so the jaimala, the pheras and the saptapadi are never missed.
We know Edinburgh and the surrounding part of Scotland well, having photographed Hindu weddings throughout Leith, Morningside and Portobello. We are often in nearby Dundee and Aberdeen too.

What we offer
The milni, the blessings and the ashirwad, so the whole gathering is remembered.
From the morning puja to the last dance of the reception, every event told as one story.
Beautifully bound albums and fine prints designed around your favourite images.
Every tradition
We anticipate the muhurat, the auspicious hour that sets the pace of the ceremony. We photograph the lighting of the havan and the blessings of the pandit with respect. We photograph the kanyadaan and the joining of hands at the mandap with quiet care.
The haldi is full of colour and play, and often holds the warmest, most natural moments. We photograph the milni, when the two families meet, with all of its warmth. We photograph the bridal preparations with a gentle, unobtrusive eye.

The whole celebration
A Gujarati celebration might open with the mandvo and grah shanti, followed by the pithi. Many families hold a roka or engagement long before the wedding, and a sangeet the night before.
Just fifteen minutes is enough for a handful of timeless portraits near your venue. We stay through the evening to capture the reception, from the grand entrance to the last dance.
Why choose us
Couples choose us for our calm, experienced presence and our knowledge of every ritual. We have built our reputation on reliability, warmth and a genuine love of the work.
Distance is never a problem; travelling to your venues is simply part of how we work. Wherever your events take place across Scotland, we will be there in good time.

Where we travel
We will travel to your mandap, your reception and your pre-wedding events, wherever they are held. We cover Scotland and beyond, and are glad to travel further afield on request.
