Serving Ipswich

Beautiful Hindu wedding photography in Ipswich

Ipswich is a Suffolk port town with country venues. Couples come to us from across East Anglia, and Kesgrave, Felixstowe and Woodbridge are firmly on our patch. We photograph at temples, mandaps and banqueting halls right across Suffolk.

We bring a long lens and a light touch, so the most sacred parts of the day are captured from a respectful distance. We photograph with warmth and respect, mindful of the meaning behind each ritual. We photograph the small moments as carefully as the grand ones, the glances as well as the rituals.

Much of our work takes us across Suffolk; Ipswich, a Suffolk port town with country venues, and the towns around it, including Kesgrave, Felixstowe and Woodbridge, are very familiar to us. We also cover nearby Norwich and Bury St Edmunds.

Every tradition

Sacred moments, captured with respect

From the kanyadaan to the saptapadi, the ceremony tells its own story, and we follow it closely. We know the order of the mandap rituals by heart, so we are always in position. At the heart of a Hindu wedding is the agni, the sacred fire that witnesses the marriage.

We capture the groom's arrival in procession, on a horse or in a car, surrounded by dancing family. We capture the family moments around the bride and groom, not just the rituals. The pre-wedding events are often where the most natural photographs come from, and we give them full attention.

The whole celebration

Your celebration in Ipswich, day by day

The early events are full of warmth and laughter, and we photograph them with the same care as the ceremony. A Gujarati celebration might open with the mandvo and grah shanti, followed by the pithi.

On the wedding day, the baraat, the mandap ceremony and the pheras build to the vidaai and the reception. We keep the day flowing, moving smoothly between the ceremony, the family photos and the reception.
