Storytelling Coverage
Calm, unobtrusive photography that captures the real emotion of the day, not just the poses.
Hindu, Sikh, Gujarati, Muslim and Tamil wedding photography in Birmingham, with relaxed storytelling coverage of every event and fine-art albums from an award-winning studio.
Serving Birmingham
Birmingham is one of the UK's great Asian wedding cities, with countless temples, gurdwaras, mosques and banqueting venues. We photograph Asian weddings throughout Smethwick, Handsworth and Edgbaston, telling the full story of the day across every venue, from the family home to the gurdwara, temple, mosque or banqueting hall.
From the mehndi and sangeet to the ceremony and reception, we document the whole celebration with a calm, unobtrusive eye. We are based in Northwood Hills in NW London and travel across the West Midlands and the wider region for Asian weddings. Multi-day celebrations are our speciality and distance is never a problem.

What we offer
Calm, unobtrusive photography that captures the real emotion of the day, not just the poses.
Extra shooters for large celebrations so no moment, from baraat to reception, is missed.
Hand-finished albums, wall art and prints, crafted to last for generations.
Every tradition
Every Asian wedding has its own rhythm, and we photograph each one on its own terms. For Hindu and Gujarati families we cover the mandap and the pheras around the sacred fire, the garland exchange and the emotion of the vidaai as the bride leaves home.
For Sikh couples we document the Anand Karaj and the laavan with the calm the Guru Granth Sahib deserves; for Muslim families the dignity of the nikah and the warmth of the walima; and for Tamil and South Indian weddings the tying of the thali. Whatever your family keeps, we have photographed it many times in and around Birmingham.

The whole celebration
We plan our coverage around the shape of your celebration. Many weddings begin with the haldi and mehndi, move into the energy of the sangeet, and build towards the ceremony and reception over two or three days.
Whatever your schedule, we arrive early, stay late and keep pace with the day so that every event, large or small, is photographed properly. For multi-venue days in Birmingham a second photographer makes sure two places are covered at once.
Why choose us
Twenty-five years of experience and more than a thousand weddings mean nothing about an Asian celebration surprises us. In Birmingham we anticipate every ritual and capture it without ever getting in the way.
