Four days in four buildings does not amount to the same job repeated four times. It is a continuity problem. Each room you move into has its own colour cast, its own ceiling height, and its own version of what evening looks like, and the finished book must read as one week, not as four unrelated shoots. That is decided long before the edit, in how each night is exposed, and it is the main reason we want your full schedule early.

Everything hinges on the gaps. Guests may scatter overnight to Kenilworth, Nuneaton or Rugby, mornings restart cold, and the unscheduled hour can produce the photograph everybody ends up framing. No timetable ever lists that hour. Our booking covers it regardless. Somebody sitting quietly with a camera while the family is tired and unguarded outperforms another set of formals every time.

Ask what we photograph and the truthful reply is: whatever your family treats as the point of the day. Only you can tell us which hour that is. In some houses the binding moment is public and deafening; in others it is a signature at a table with four people watching, finished quicker than the tea was poured. Our preparation is identical either way. We find out weeks ahead which minutes cannot be missed, then arrange everything else around them.

An evening of garba fills a floor and demands a shutter that survives constant movement under mixed light. A quiet daytime ceremony asks for the opposite discipline entirely. Between those two sits the real difficulty, which is building one book out of three buildings with three different colour casts. That gets solved at the edit, but only when the day itself anticipated it. So we take the neutral references nobody ever sees.

How much does Asian wedding photography cost?+

It scales with days. One ceremony and a reception is a different commitment from a Thursday to Sunday run with two of us working, and it would be dishonest to price them alike. Send an outline; a breakdown comes back.

Will you photograph the vidaai or bride's farewell?+

Yes, from a distance. That is no moment for a wide lens in anybody's face. We take it long and quietly, and we keep the frames a family may not be ready to look at for a year afterwards.

We are a mixed-faith couple. Will you respect both families' traditions?+

Yes. The practical part is learning which elements are non-negotiable on each side. Tell us where the two orders of service conflict and the timings get planned so neither family feels edited out.

Can you cover a Muslim nikah with the sensitivity it deserves?+

Yes. Photography rules are agreed with your family and whoever is officiating before the day, never negotiated in the room. Asked to stop or step outside, we stop, and no reason is required.

How do you approach a wedding held at a mandir or gurdwara?+

As guests first. We learn that building's rules from whoever administers it, take whatever position we are given, and bring no lighting of our own inside. The pictures then get made from what that room already has.
