The short answer
An award winning, London based Asian wedding photographer, Kaushik Bathia has spent more than twenty five years photographing Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, Gujarati and Tamil weddings in Feltham and across Greater London. We keep the calm of the ceremony and the energy of the reception in equal measure. Whether your wedding in Feltham is Hindu, Sikh, Gujarati, Muslim, Tamil or a fusion of traditions, we know the order of each faith's rituals and cover the whole celebration. We have spent twenty-five years learning the detail of Asian weddings, and it shows in every gallery. You can add a second photographer, a female photographer and hand finished albums, and we are glad to travel across Greater London and beyond, so wherever your celebration is held it is within reach.
Serving Feltham
Feltham is a west London town with a diverse community. From a mandap raised in a hotel ballroom to a marquee on family grounds, we photograph Asian weddings in every kind of setting across Hounslow, Ashford and Bedfont. Whatever your family keeps, Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, Gujarati or Tamil, we follow the ritual closely and respectfully.
The food, the decor and the small details matter to us, so between the big set pieces we quietly gather the textures that make your day yours. On the dance floor we shoot fast and close, catching the bhangra, the dhol and the uncles who never sit down, so the party reads as alive as it felt. For the jaimala and the joota chupai we stay close to the fun, because these lighter rituals carry as much of the family's character as the solemn ones.
Asian families throughout the area have trusted us with their weddings, and Feltham is a west London town with a diverse community, a destination we return to gladly. Nearby Gants Hill and Kenton are familiar to us too. Venues we have photographed at near Feltham include Nakshatra Wedding and Conference Hall, Feltham Assembly Hall and Heston Hyde Hotel.
Feltham is a town in the London Borough of Hounslow with a diverse community. Feltham railway station on the South Western line, about 15 miles from London Waterloo. We often take couples to Hanworth Park, once a royal hunting park of Henry VII, now open grassland and playing fields for a few quiet portraits, and Hanworth Park House, a Grade II listed Georgian mansion in nearby Hanworth Park is a lovely backdrop nearby.

What we offer
The colour and movement of a garba call for a photographer who can keep pace and stay inside the dance.
Over twenty-five years of Asian weddings mean we rarely meet a ritual or a room we have not photographed before.
Your day is finished in a handcrafted album, printed and bound to last, so the story lives somewhere real.
Every tradition
As the sindoor is applied and the mangalsutra tied, a Hindu marriage is complete, and we are ready for both of those small, fast gestures. At a Sikh wedding the exchange of garlands and the palla placed in the couple's hands begin the Anand Karaj, and we follow from the very first hymn. In the gurdwara, the couple circle the Guru Granth Sahib through the four laavan, and we follow that slow procession with the reverence the moment asks for.
The groom may arrive on horseback, by car or on foot, and whichever way he comes, we are ready for the procession and the dancing around him. We document the engagement and pre-wedding events that begin the journey, when families ask us. The engagement or roka often opens the journey months ahead, and we are happy to be there from that first gathering whenever families ask.

The whole celebration
We can join you for a single event or follow the whole journey from the very first ritual. Early events reveal the people behind the wedding, so we spend the haldi and sangeet learning who matters, which helps every later frame feel like it belongs to you.
When two ceremonies share a single day, we balance our attention carefully, giving each tradition its full weight rather than treating one as a warm-up for the other. An Asian wedding day rarely runs to a single clock, so we plan around the ceremony, the meals and the long gaps in between, staying ready for whatever arrives next.
Why choose us
One studio comfortable across Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, Gujarati and Tamil weddings means you brief one experienced team, not several, for the whole celebration. Couples choose us for our calm, experienced presence and our knowledge of every tradition's rituals.
We cover the whole of the UK for Asian weddings, so distance never stands in the way. London-based but seldom in London, we spend much of the year photographing weddings out across Greater London and the counties that border it.

Where we travel
We are glad to discuss your venues and the journey between them when you enquire. We travel happily across Greater London and the surrounding counties for the whole celebration.

Good to know
That depends on your day. Since most Feltham Asian weddings stretch from the morning preparations through to the reception, full-day coverage usually fits best and tells the complete story. Where the celebration runs across several days, we adapt the hours to your schedule, covering a key day or an entire weekend.
Yes, without fail. We carry backup cameras, lenses and memory cards to every wedding and copy your images on the day as we work, so your photographs stay safe. After twenty-five years and more than a thousand weddings, being prepared for anything is simply how we operate.
We would be delighted to. From a small ceremony with immediate family to a celebration of several hundred guests, we adapt our coverage to your traditions and your wishes. Whatever the size of the day, it matters to us, and we photograph it with the same care and attention throughout.
Soon after your Feltham celebration, we send across a small preview to enjoy, with your full edited gallery following once every event has been carefully worked through. From there we craft a hand-finished album that holds the entire story of your day for you to keep.
Gladly. Travelling to Feltham poses no difficulty for us, as our work already takes us throughout the UK. We are based close to London but think nothing of heading further afield. Just share your date and venue, and we will put it all in writing, travel included.
Our track record speaks for itself: over 25 years and more than a thousand Asian weddings of every kind. That experience brings a calm to the way we work. We know the customs, we treat each faith with respect, and our documentary style captures your day honestly rather than to a template.
As early as you comfortably can. Popular auspicious dates go quickly, and if your wedding is in Feltham on a busy weekend we would encourage you to enquire well ahead. Once your date is set, a booking secures it and lets us begin planning your coverage properly.
