The short answer
Our studio at The Broadway, 21 Joel St, Northwood HA6 1NU is about 3 miles from Harrow and takes driving licence and ID photos on a walk-in basis, with no appointment needed. We photograph you against a plain background, size the picture to the layout your form asks for, check it on screen and print it while you wait. Coming by Tube, the Metropolitan line goes from Harrow-on-the-Hill to Northwood Hills without a change, and the studio is two minutes from the station.
Got the pictures done for oci for my two year old and he is really good with kids.
"Met Kaushik for the first time today for my kids' digital photos. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. He did a fantastic job adjusting the photographs and made the kids feel completely comfortable throughout the session. I highly recommend him!"
Kaushik was very lovely and professional in the way he welcomed me and took care of me. It’s an amazing and friendly place to get your all types of photos to be taken whether it be passport or family photos. This is the place to get it done!!!
Why come to us
A booth gives you a few tries and no second opinion. At the studio a photographer sets the light so there are no shadows on the background, checks that your head sits at the right height in the frame and retakes it if you blinked, so the photo is not the reason an application comes back.
If you have been told an earlier photo was unsuitable, bring the letter or email: it usually says exactly what was wrong, and we will make sure it does not happen again.
Harrow employers
Harrow town centre is one of the borough's main office locations, and many teams need matching pass or badge photos as people join. Staff can travel to the studio on the Metropolitan line and be photographed on the same set-up as their colleagues.
For a larger team, our corporate headshots service brings a matched set-up to your office instead.
From Harrow
From Harrow-on-the-Hill, take any Metropolitan line train heading for Uxbridge or Watford and get off at Northwood Hills. If you start at Harrow and Wealdstone, which is on the Bakerloo line and the Overground rather than the Metropolitan, the easiest route is normally to change at Harrow-on-the-Hill.
By car the studio is about 3 miles away, with parking close to Joel Street. Bus routes 282, 331 and H11 between them link Northwood Hills with Harrow and the neighbouring areas.
