First-time models
A starter set that shows an agency who you are, without gimmicks.

Portfolio and fashion sessions on Joel Street, with the lighting changed between looks and a street or garden frame close by if you want one.
The short answer
At the studio on The Broadway, 21 Joel St, Northwood HA6 1NU, two minutes from Northwood Hills station on the Metropolitan line. A portfolio session gives each outfit its own lighting set-up, from soft and natural to more dramatic, and always includes a clean headshot that agencies can trust. Because the studio sits on a shopping parade with the town around it, an outdoor look on a nearby street or green space is easy to add. Sessions are booked ahead by phone, WhatsApp or the form below.
I required some portrait shots to be taken. Mr Bhatia, did an amazing job, Very friendly and extremely professional and knowledgeable.I would highly recommend.
My daughter and her fiancé went to Kaushik for their photos, and we had a wonderful experience. He is incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. He really took his time with them and captured beautiful, professional-quality photos. We highly recommend Kaushik Photography!
My two sisters and I ‘ the golden girls’ had a great, hilarious photo session. Kaushik is very professional and took some amazing photos especially when we were laughing so much trying to get up from the floor. Can’t wait to see ‘air brushed’ version. Well at 75 you need a little help. Definitely recommend Kashuik. He enjoyed our craziness!
Studio looks
Range is what a booker looks for, so we treat each outfit as its own small shoot: a bright, even set-up for commercial pictures, a single hard light for something editorial, and a plain backdrop for the headshot and full-length frames.
You see frames on screen as we go, which helps you adjust a pose or an expression while there is still time to use it.

Outside
If your book needs a frame outdoors, Northwood has more texture than people expect. The Glen, off Green Lane, is a conservation area of 1950s brick maisonettes set in landscaped grounds with mature trees, and the Metroland-inspired mural on the Northwood Hills station bridge adds colour.
For a softer, residential look, the Arts and Crafts houses on the tree-lined roads of the Northwood-Frithwood Conservation Area are close by.

Around Northwood
Most portfolio work happens in the studio, where wardrobe changes are easy and the light is ours to control. Outdoor frames are usually kept to public streets nearby; for a Hillingdon park, the council asks for permission through its Film Office first.
Getting here is simple from anywhere in Northwood: Northwood station is one stop north of Northwood Hills on the Metropolitan line, bus routes 282, 331 and H11 serve both, and there is parking close to the parade.
