The short answer

Where can I have a maternity photoshoot in Harrow?

You have two choices. The studio is at The Broadway, 21 Joel St, Northwood HA6 1NU, about 3 miles from Harrow: the Metropolitan line runs from Harrow-on-the-Hill to Northwood Hills without a change, and the door is two minutes from the station. Or we come to you in Harrow, at home or outdoors in a park such as Canons Park or Headstone Manor Park. The best time for either is between about 28 and 34 weeks. Call or WhatsApp 07956 505383 with your due date to plan it.

Me and my heavily pregnant Fiancee visited here as a birthday gift from a friend of hers and had a LOVELY experience, Kaushik made us feel VERY welcomed and comfortable and we also had a good laugh. He was also very clear and precise with his instruction with regards to posing so we could get the best picture. Overall a very nice experience and would recommend.

Kaushik has photographed my wife and me for the bump to baby photo shoot. We really enjoyed it. He knows how to make us smile and look happy and relaxed. We really appreciate his work and we look forward to meet him on our next appointment for the newborn photo shoot! Thank you again Kaushik!

I was nervous about how my 2 year old would react, but we had a great photo session! Kaushik had plenty of props to keep my son entertained, laughing, and happily posing.Afterward, he was incredibly patient as we went through every single photo to pick our favorites, even though we kept changing our minds. I highly recommend his service and will definitely be back once my second baby is born!

On location

Harrow parks and gardens for bump portraits

Canons Park is a Grade II registered historic park with ponds and the King George V Memorial Garden, a walled garden that was once part of the duke's kitchen gardens: sheltered, green and good for long flowing dresses. Headstone Manor Park in North Harrow has over 50 acres, a medieval moat and a perimeter footpath, so there is somewhere to walk and somewhere to sit.

For a view, the churchyard of St Mary's at the top of Harrow Hill looks out towards central London. Outdoor sessions depend on season and light, so we will help you choose a date when the setting is at its best.

In the studio

The Northwood studio, one train from Harrow

If the weather is uncertain or you would like the classic sculpted look, the studio is the simpler option. The train from Harrow-on-the-Hill is direct, the walk from Northwood Hills station is two minutes, and there is parking close by for a partner who drives.

Inside, the room is warm, there are seats between poses, and the lighting can be set to flatter the bump in colour and black and white.

Home visits

Newborn photos at your Harrow home

When the baby arrives, newborn sittings can take place in your Harrow home or in the studio, whichever is calmer for you. Booked together with the maternity session, the two make one story from bump to baby.
