Wrexham Register Office is at The Guildhall (LL11 1AY), with ceremonies in the register office itself or in The Ceremony Room, and a Wrexham registrar also attends approved venues such as Iscoyd Park and Rossett Hall. At a church such as St Giles', whose 16th-century tower is counted among the 'Seven Wonders of Wales', the exchange of rings happens only once, and calm, practised positioning is what catches it. Erddig Hall, a National Trust estate with extensive grounds a short distance from the city centre, is the greener option for couple portraits and large family groups. Soughton Hall, Iscoyd Park, Rossett Hall and Brynkinalt Hall are country house settings where the grounds do most of the work and the last hour of light is worth protecting in the timeline.
