Couple Portraits
A handful of timeless, beautifully lit portraits amid the celebration.
Natural, unobtrusive Hindu wedding photography in Chester, honouring the kanyadaan, the pheras and the giving of the sindoor, with calm, storytelling coverage and fine-art albums.
Serving Chester
Chester is a historic walled city with grand venues. Wherever your events are held across Ellesmere Port, Hoole and Saltney, we plan the timings and travel with care. We cover the whole of the North of England, and Chester and the towns around it are well known to us.
We work discreetly around the pandit and the families, never intruding on a sacred moment. We follow your family's customs closely and photograph them exactly as you keep them. We document each event as it happens, so your gallery feels true to the day you lived.
From our London base we travel across Cheshire for Hindu weddings, and Chester, a historic walled city with grand venues, is a familiar destination. We also photograph in nearby Warrington and Liverpool.

What we offer
A handful of timeless, beautifully lit portraits amid the celebration.
The haldi, mehndi and sangeet, where the warmest, most natural moments often happen.
At home with the mandvo, the pithi, the hastamelap and the four mangal pheras.
Every tradition
The pheras around the agni, each carrying a vow, are the heart of the ceremony, and we capture them close. At the heart of a Hindu wedding is the agni, the sacred fire that witnesses the marriage. We anticipate the muhurat, the auspicious hour that sets the pace of the ceremony.
The mehndi is intimate and detailed, and we photograph both the henna and the laughter around it. The pre-wedding events are often where the most natural photographs come from, and we give them full attention. The sangeet is an evening of music and dance, and we capture all of its energy.

The whole celebration
We can join you for a single event or follow the whole journey from the very first ritual. The sangeet brings an evening of music and dance before the wedding day itself.
Just fifteen minutes is enough for a handful of timeless portraits near your venue. We photograph the ceremony, the portraits and the reception in balance, so each is given its due.
Why choose us
Experience means we are ready for the muhurat timing, the early starts and the precise order of rituals. Decades of weddings mean we read the day instinctively and never miss the moments that matter.
We will travel to your mandap, your reception and your pre-wedding events, wherever they are held. We travel happily across Cheshire and the surrounding counties for the whole celebration.

Where we travel
We are London-based but rarely in London; much of our work takes us across the North of England. From our London base, Chester and the rest of Cheshire are an easy, familiar journey.
