Its meetings and events page shows a hire-rate table for one room, two rooms or all rooms, with an hourly column marked "Max 2 hours", and states that rates are exclusive of VAT, but every price cell is blank. A club that publishes almost nothing about weddings, and what to ask

Almost nothing here is on the record, and it is more useful to say so than to fill the gap with a guess. The club has no weddings page. It does not publish a civil ceremony licence, a catering policy in either direction, parking, a finish time, or any rule on confetti, candles or open flame.

The clubhouse sits high above Pinner, so the group pictures and the couple portraits need not happen in the function room.
A hilltop course means open sky and no shade at midday. In summer, portraits work far better late than at the top of the afternoon.

A hilltop members' clubhouse above Pinner

A members' golf club on South View Road, set on the hill above Pinner with the course falling away from the clubhouse. The club describes the clubhouse as close to London but peacefully tucked away, and the appeal for a small wedding is the position rather than the architecture: no listing status, build date or architect is published on the club's own site.
