Our frame gets fixed by the hall itself, before anyone walks in. The floor is where everybody sits, the couple included, so the workable sightline runs low and comes in from a side, ruling out nearly every position a camera would take by instinct. That leaves the perimeter, long glass, and whatever the body can do about shutter noise. No compromise involved. Just a room read the way it deserves. Everything else follows from accepting that first.
Four rounds follow at walking pace, and what separates one laavan from the next shows in faces rather than in motion, which is where the frames go. Earlier, milni assembles the biggest outdoor group of the whole day, unarranged and finished before you have counted it. Palla is the opposite, a quiet handover, best read tight. Then doli, the single passage we would never put artificial light near. None of it waits for a photographer.
