Establish which one you have actually been allocated, then go and stand there at the same hour your ceremony will run, rather than whenever a coordinator happens to be free. Afternoon light swings a very long way inside two hours, and a room turns with it.
Keep the group list short, and understand what a long one actually costs. Each combination eats several minutes, almost none of which is photography; the rest is somebody going off to find an uncle who has drifted towards the bar.
