Yes. We hold current public liability cover. Coordinators usually want the certificate before we arrive, so we send it early rather than waiting to be chased. If your mosque needs anything further in writing, say so and it goes over the same day.
A few hundred edited frames covers a nikah plus a walima. The number follows your day, not a package, because a quiet afternoon ceremony simply contains fewer photographs than an evening with three hundred guests in it.
Quietly. Our position is agreed with your imam first, and we then work with long lenses and silent shutters, with no flash unless we are told it is welcome. Cameras come down altogether for recitation. Nobody has to remind us of that.
Each of us carries two camera bodies, every card is duplicated as we shoot, and spare batteries and a second flash stay in the bag. Nothing on the day depends on one item working. Files are copied onto separate drives that same night before anybody sleeps.
We stay put. An overrun usually has a good reason behind it and is not something to charge for mid-afternoon. What suffers is the portrait window, so we would rather shorten that than hurry anybody, and you would hear it from us at the time.
