We photograph the lighting of the homam and the blessings of the priests with respect. The maalai maatral, when the couple exchange garlands lifted high, is a moment of pure joy we love to photograph. From the kanyadaanam to the saptapadi, the ceremony tells its own story, and we follow it closely.

We document the nichayathartham and the engagement that begin the journey, when families ask us. The bride's entrance in Kanjeevaram silk and temple jewellery is a highlight we love to capture. The nadaswaram and thavil players fill the venue with music, and we photograph them at work.
