Serving Wandsworth
Wandsworth is a riverside south-west London borough. Wherever your events are held across Lambeth, Merton, we plan the timings and the early muhurtham start with care. We are comfortable in every setting, from a grand kalyana mandapam to a quiet family temple.
We capture the details too, the Kanjeevaram silk, the temple jewellery and the jasmine, that make your day yours. We photograph the sacred and the joyful with equal care, the homam as faithfully as the nalangu. We take the time beforehand to understand your customs and the order of the mandapam rituals.
Couples come to us from right across London and the surrounding area, and Wandsworth is firmly on our patch. Wandsworth is a riverside south-west London borough, and we know its venues well. We also cover nearby Wealdstone and Westminster. In and around Wandsworth, we have photographed at venues such as Wandsworth Civic Suite, Roehampton Club and Winchester House.
A riverside south-west London borough with leafy commons, riverside developments and a strong family community. Served by Clapham Junction, one of Britain's busiest interchange stations, and Wandsworth Town station. For pre-wedding and couple portraits, we love spots such as Wandsworth Common, a large open green with woodland and lakes, with The restored Battersea Power Station on the borough's riverfront close by for a striking backdrop.

What we offer
For large celebrations, a second shooter covers the mandapam and the guests at once.
Fine prints and framed art of the maalai maatral and the thali tying to bring home.
The music of the nadaswaram and thavil that carries the sacred moments, captured as it plays.
Every tradition
The nadaswaram and thavil announce the sacred moments, and we are in position when they sound. We photograph the couple's first steps together around the sacred homam fire. The blessings of the elders and the sammandhi mariyathai close the ceremony, and we capture them with warmth.
The bride's entrance in Kanjeevaram silk and temple jewellery is a highlight we love to capture. From the henna of the mehndi to the songs of the oonjal, the events set the tone for the wedding. The nadaswaram and thavil players fill the venue with music, and we photograph them at work.

The whole celebration
The nichayathartham and mehndi are warm, colourful gatherings that set the tone for everything to come. A multi-day Tamil wedding can run across two or three days, and we plan our coverage around all of them.
We always recommend a little time for couple portraits, often away from the bustle of the mandapam. We capture the reception in full, the entrance, the greetings and the celebration.
Why choose us
Couples choose us for our calm presence and our knowledge of every ritual, from the kashi yatra to the saptapadi. We have photographed South Indian mandapam ceremonies across the country for more than two decades.
We travel happily across Greater London for the whole celebration, from the kashi yatra to the reception. We are used to celebrations spread across a temple and a banqueting suite, and keep the day flowing between them.

Where we travel
We will travel to your temple, your kalyana mandapam and your reception, wherever the maalai maatral and the thali tying take place. We photograph across Greater London regularly, and travelling to a kalyana mandapam in Wandsworth is second nature.
