How do you photograph the baraat, the groom's arrival?+

We walk it backwards, wide and low, so the drums stay in frame and the faces stay legible. Then we break off before the doorway and photograph the arrival from inside, where the light changes and so does everybody's expression.

Our nikah and walima are gender-segregated. How do you handle that?+

By agreeing the layout at booking rather than raising it on the day. Rooms closed to men stay closed to the camera, and everything else arrives as one gallery.

Who will actually be behind the camera at our wedding?+

The person you meet is the one who arrives. No name gets sold to you and no stranger gets sent. Should the day genuinely require a second camera, you learn whose it is well before you sign.

Can you cover a Merton nikah and a separate walima venue on the same day?+
