Serving Kensington and Chelsea
Kensington and Chelsea is an elegant central London borough. We are used to multi-venue days throughout Greater London, moving smoothly between Westminster, Hammersmith and Fulham. We work discreetly at mosques and banqueting halls, mindful of prayer times and every family's wishes.
We capture the details too, the henna, the nikah-nama and the mehndi jewellery, that make your day yours. A female photographer is available for the ladies' side, so the women's mehndi and celebrations are fully covered. We keep the calm of the nikah and the energy of the walima and dholki in equal measure.
We travel throughout Greater London for nikah ceremonies, and Kensington and Chelsea, an elegant central London borough, is one we know well. We also photograph in nearby Lambeth and Lewisham. Venues we know well in and near Kensington and Chelsea include The Orangery at Kensington Palace, Chelsea Old Town Hall and The Chelsea Harbour Hotel.
One of London's most affluent royal boroughs, known for elegant garden squares, Georgian townhouses and the museums of South Kensington. Served by South Kensington and Sloane Square Underground stations on the District and Circle lines. We often take couples to Holland Park, including the Kyoto Garden for a few quiet portraits, and The Natural History Museum on Cromwell Road is a lovely backdrop nearby.

What we offer
The groom's joyful baraat arrival with his family, photographed with all of its energy.
The nikah-nama signed by the couple and their witnesses, photographed with quiet, respectful care.
The imam or qazi's khutbah and blessing of the couple, photographed from a respectful distance.
Every tradition
We know the order of the nikah by heart, so we are always in position for each moment. From the ijab-e-qubool to the dua, the ceremony tells its own story, and we follow it closely. We photograph the signing of the nikah-nama by the couple and their witnesses with quiet attention.
From the henna of the mehndi to the music of the dholki, the events set the tone for the wedding. The dholki brings evenings of singing and drumming before the wedding, and we photograph their energy. The mehndi night is full of colour, music and dancing, and often holds the warmest moments of all.

The whole celebration
The early events are full of warmth and laughter, and we photograph them with the same care as the nikah. We arrive in good time for each pre-wedding event and stay until the celebrations wind down.
From the nikah to the last guest, we follow the whole day at its own pace. We capture the walima in full, the speeches, the family and the energy of the floor.
Why choose us
Families return to us because we treat the nikah, the walima and the mehndi each as they deserve. We understand how much the nikah means, and we photograph the mahr and the dua with the care they deserve.
Wherever your mehndi, nikah and walima take place across London and the surrounding area, we will be there in good time. Distance is never a problem; travelling to your mosque and banqueting hall is simply part of how we work.

Where we travel
We are London-based but rarely in London; much of our work takes us to mosques and banqueting halls across London and the surrounding area. We photograph nikah ceremonies throughout London and the surrounding area, and Kensington and Chelsea is firmly within the area we cover.

Absolutely. The mangni, the mehndi and the dholki are often where the warmest, most natural moments happen, and we are glad to cover them as part of your wedding, with a female photographer for the ladies' events where you wish.
Yes. We photograph Pakistani, Bengali, Indian, Arab, Turkish and Somali Muslim weddings, and are familiar with the differences in their customs, the events they blend with the nikah, and the order in which the day unfolds.
