Serving Kensington and Chelsea
Kensington and Chelsea is an elegant central London borough. Your celebration in Westminster, Hammersmith and Fulham is in experienced hands, from the milni to the doli. From the darbar sahib to the reception floor, we photograph the whole day with a calm, familiar presence.
We understand the etiquette of the gurdwara and the vegetarian langar, and photograph within it with genuine respect. We balance documentary coverage with a few quiet portraits, so your album holds both the reverence of the darbar sahib and the energy of the bhangra. Our approach is relaxed and documentary, so you can be present in your own Anand Karaj rather than posing for it.
Sikh families across Westminster, Hammersmith and Fulham trust us with their weddings, and Kensington and Chelsea, an elegant central London borough, is a place we return to often. We also cover nearby Lambeth and Lewisham. We are at home at Kensington and Chelsea-area venues such as The Orangery at Kensington Palace, Chelsea Old Town Hall and The Chelsea Harbour Hotel.
One of London's most affluent royal boroughs, known for elegant garden squares, Georgian townhouses and the museums of South Kensington. Served by South Kensington and Sloane Square Underground stations on the District and Circle lines. For portraits away from the celebration, Holland Park, including the Kyoto Garden works beautifully, and The Natural History Museum on Cromwell Road adds a real sense of place.

What we offer
We keep the calm of the darbar sahib and work quietly within gurdwara etiquette.
The four hymns the couple circle the Guru Granth Sahib for, photographed with quiet reverence from the side of the darbar sahib.
From the morning kirtan in the gurdwara to the last bhangra of the reception, told as one story.
Every tradition
The exchange of garlands and the joy of the sangat around the couple are moments we love to photograph. The most sacred moments inside the gurdwara are captured with a quiet long lens, from a respectful distance. At the heart of a Sikh wedding is the Anand Karaj, the blissful union performed before the Guru Granth Sahib.
The doli, when the bride leaves her family home, is the most tender moment of the day. We capture the groom's arrival for the milni, surrounded by dancing family and the beat of the dhol. We photograph the bridal preparations with a gentle, unobtrusive eye.

The whole celebration
Some families hold a Sri Akhand Path in the days before the wedding, and we cover it with quiet reverence. The days before the wedding often hold the most relaxed, candid moments of the whole celebration.
From the morning preparations to the final dance, we give every part of the day the same care. We keep the day flowing, moving smoothly between the ceremony, the langar, the family photos and the reception.
Why choose us
Over a thousand celebrations have taught us when to step close for the milni and when to stand quietly back during the laavan. A thousand weddings in, we still find every Anand Karaj unique, and photograph it that way.
Reaching your gurdwara is simply part of how we work, and distance is never a barrier to covering the milni. From our London base, Kensington and Chelsea and the gurdwaras of Greater London are an easy, familiar journey.

Where we travel
We cover the whole of the UK for Anand Karaj ceremonies, so distance never stands between us and your gurdwara. From London we reach Kensington and Chelsea easily, and we know the darbar sahib and langar halls of Greater London well.
