Newport railway station sits on the South Wales Main Line, around two miles from the Transporter Bridge. When there is time for couple portraits, Tredegar House and its grounds, a National Trust estate covering almost 100 acres on the edge of the city is a favourite, and The Newport Transporter Bridge, a Grade I listed bridge built in 1906 makes a memorable setting.
