Each family arrives with a single moment that outweighs everything else, and it is different every time. Sometimes it is the instant a mother lets go of her daughter. Sometimes it is a signature on a document, four seconds long. Sometimes it is a grandfather getting to his feet to sing when no one had asked. Do you edit and retouch the final images?+

Every delivered frame gets colour, exposure and contrast corrected. Retouching past that stays light by default, because skin smoothed to plastic dates badly. Ask for more on a particular image and you will get it.

Will you travel to Epping for our wedding?+

Yes, and across a run of events we would rather stay close to Epping than drive back and forth each night. Being on hand early every morning is worth more than anything extra in the bag.

Do you photograph the reception and the entertainment afterwards?+

With more than 25 years of photography behind him, Kaushik plans where the day is heading and is in place early, whether the next moment is at the house, the venue or out under the trees for portraits. When events overlap, say a mehndi at home while the hall is still being dressed, a second photographer takes the other room so neither goes unrecorded.
