Temple & Mandap
Discreet, respectful coverage around the pandit and the sacred fire.
Award-winning Hindu wedding photographer in Banbury, documenting the sangeet, the pheras and the emotional vidaai, told honestly and gathered into an album to treasure.
Serving Banbury
Banbury is a market town with country-house venues. We are comfortable in every setting in Bicester, Brackley and Chipping Norton, from a lavish mandap to a quiet family puja. Whether your mandap is in Banbury itself or elsewhere across Oxfordshire, we plan the day around your venues.
We bring a long lens and a light touch, so the most sacred parts of the day are captured from a respectful distance. We read the rhythm of a Hindu celebration and are always in the right place at the right time. We work discreetly around the pandit and the families, never intruding on a sacred moment.
Banbury is a market town with country-house venues, and we love photographing Hindu weddings here and across the Home Counties. We regularly cover nearby Bicester and Oxford as well.

What we offer
Discreet, respectful coverage around the pandit and the sacred fire.
From the jaimala and kanyadaan to the pheras and saptapadi around the agni, every ritual and its timing understood.
Hand-finished albums that hold the whole story of your Hindu celebration.
Every tradition
The exchange of garlands high above the guests is a moment of laughter and joy, and we are ready for it. We photograph the couple's first steps as husband and wife around the sacred fire. For Gujarati families, we know the hastamelap and the four mangal pheras and photograph each as you keep it.
The griha pravesh welcomes the bride into her new home, and we are there for it. The mehndi night, the sangeet and the haldi each carry their own mood, and we photograph them all. The day often opens with a Ganesh puja for an auspicious start, and we are there for it.

The whole celebration
Some couples keep an elaborate sequence of events; others a simpler one, and we shape coverage to yours. We can join you for a single event or follow the whole journey from the very first ritual.
On the wedding day, the baraat, the mandap ceremony and the pheras build to the vidaai and the reception. We photograph the ceremony, the portraits and the reception in balance, so each is given its due.
Why choose us
We bring the steadiness that only comes from photographing weddings for twenty-five years. With twenty-five years and over a thousand weddings behind us, nothing about a Hindu ceremony surprises us.
We cover the whole of the UK for weddings, so distance never stands in the way. Distance is never a problem; travelling to your venues is simply part of how we work.

Where we travel
Multi-venue days are never an issue; we plan the route and the timings in advance. We are London-based but rarely in London; much of our work takes us across the Home Counties.

Good to know
Yes. We are comfortable photographing respectfully at temples and around the mandap, working quietly around the pandit and the sacred fire.
Yes. For larger Hindu weddings we bring a second photographer so the mandap rituals and the guests are both fully covered, and the baraat and the bridal preparations can be photographed at once.
Most Hindu weddings run from the morning preparations through to the reception, so full-day coverage works best. For multi-day celebrations we tailor the hours to your events.
Very much so. We know the mandap rituals by heart, from the jaimala and kanyadaan to the pheras and the saptapadi, and we position ourselves so the sindoor and mangalsutra are always captured.
Yes. Alongside your edited digital gallery we design a hand-finished, fine-art album, so the whole story of your celebration is held in something to pass down.
