The Vidaai
The most emotional moment of the day, photographed with great sensitivity and care.
Your Hindu wedding photographer in Dudley, documenting the pre-wedding events, the ceremony and the reception, with hand-finished albums made to pass down the generations.
Serving Dudley
Dudley is a Black Country town with banqueting venues. We photograph Hindu weddings across the West Midlands, including Brierley Hill, Stourbridge and Halesowen, at mandaps, temples and banqueting halls. We photograph at temples, mandaps and banqueting halls right across the West Midlands.
We are a reassuring, familiar presence, so everyone relaxes and the day flows naturally. We photograph the small moments as carefully as the grand ones, the glances as well as the rituals. We take the time beforehand to understand your customs and the order of your events.
We know Dudley and the surrounding part of the West Midlands well, having photographed Hindu weddings throughout Brierley Hill, Stourbridge and Halesowen. We are often in nearby Smethwick and Birmingham too.

What we offer
The most emotional moment of the day, photographed with great sensitivity and care.
For large mandap days, a second shooter covers the baraat and the bridal prep at once.
At home with the mandvo, the pithi, the hastamelap and the four mangal pheras.
Every tradition
We photograph the kanyadaan and the joining of hands at the mandap with quiet care. The most sacred parts of the day are captured from a respectful distance with a quiet long lens. We are mindful of every family's customs at the mandap, Gujarati, Punjabi, Marwari or North Indian.
The dhol and dancing of the baraat are pure joy, and we capture every bit of the energy. The mehndi is intimate and detailed, and we photograph both the henna and the laughter around it. The griha pravesh welcomes the bride into her new home, and we are there for it.

The whole celebration
We arrive in good time for each pre-wedding event and stay until the celebrations wind down. Many Hindu weddings begin days before the wedding with the Ganesh puja, the haldi and a mehndi.
The story ends with the griha pravesh that welcomes the bride into her new home. Whether the wedding and reception are on the same day or spread across a weekend, we plan for it.
Why choose us
We are trusted with celebrations of every size, from intimate ceremonies to several hundred guests. Decades of weddings mean we read the day instinctively and never miss the moments that matter.
From our London base, Dudley and the rest of the West Midlands are an easy, familiar journey. We factor in travel and timings carefully, so we are always where we need to be.

Where we travel
We photograph across the West Midlands regularly, and travelling to Dudley is second nature. We travel happily across the West Midlands and the surrounding counties for the whole celebration.
