The Sacred Agni
The seven steps around the holy fire and the giving of the sindoor and mangalsutra, captured with reverence.
A Hindu wedding photographer for couples in West Bromwich, capturing every ritual from the turmeric of the haldi to the sindoor, with warmth, discretion and beautiful albums to keep.
Serving West Bromwich
West Bromwich is a Black Country town with a large South Asian community. We are comfortable in every setting in Smethwick, Oldbury and Wednesbury, from a lavish mandap to a quiet family puja. Whether your mandap is in West Bromwich itself or elsewhere across the West Midlands, we plan the day around your venues.
We are calm and unhurried, gathering the whole story without ever getting in the way. We balance documentary coverage with a few quiet portraits, so your album holds both energy and elegance. We photograph with warmth and respect, mindful of the meaning behind each ritual.

What we offer
The seven steps around the holy fire and the giving of the sindoor and mangalsutra, captured with reverence.
Fine prints and framed art to bring your favourite images home.
Discreet, respectful coverage around the pandit and the sacred fire.
Every tradition
We are ready for the giving of the sindoor and the tying of the mangalsutra. For Gujarati families, we know the hastamelap and the four mangal pheras and photograph each as you keep it. The varmala and the madhuparka each have their place, and we capture them as they happen.
We photograph the bridal preparations with a gentle, unobtrusive eye. The haldi is full of colour and play, and often holds the warmest, most natural moments. The pre-wedding events are often where the most natural photographs come from, and we give them full attention.

The whole celebration
We can join you for a single event or follow the whole journey from the very first ritual. The turmeric of the haldi and the henna of the mehndi are rich with colour, and we make the most of it.
We stay through the evening to capture the reception, from the grand entrance to the last dance. Just fifteen minutes is enough for a handful of timeless portraits near your venue.
Why choose us
We bring the steadiness that only comes from photographing weddings for twenty-five years. We have spent twenty-five years learning the detail of Hindu weddings, and it shows in every gallery.
We travel happily across the West Midlands and the surrounding counties for the whole celebration. We photograph weddings throughout the Midlands, and West Bromwich is firmly within the area we cover.

Where we travel
We cover the Midlands and beyond, and are glad to travel further afield on request. From our London base, West Bromwich and the rest of the West Midlands are an easy, familiar journey.

Very much so. We know the mandap rituals by heart, from the jaimala and kanyadaan to the pheras and the saptapadi, and we position ourselves so the sindoor and mangalsutra are always captured.
