The Reception
The speeches, the first dance and the bhangra, captured to the very last guest.
Relaxed, elegant Hindu wedding photography in Oldham, capturing the agni, the pheras and the seven sacred vows of the saptapadi, with sensitivity, experience and hand-finished albums.
Serving Oldham
Oldham is a Pennine town with a strong South Asian community. We photograph Hindu weddings across Greater Manchester, including Chadderton, Royton and Failsworth, at mandaps, temples and banqueting halls. We cover the whole of the North of England, and Oldham and the towns around it are well known to us.
Our approach is relaxed and documentary, so you can be present in your own wedding. We anticipate each ritual, so the jaimala, the pheras and the saptapadi are never missed. We capture the details too, the flowers, the jewellery, the mandap, that make your day yours.
Couples come to us from right across the North of England, and Oldham is firmly on our patch. Oldham is a Pennine town with a strong South Asian community, and we know its venues well. We also cover nearby Rochdale and Bury.

Every tradition
The blessings of the elders and the ashirwad close the ceremony, and we capture them with warmth. The varmala and the madhuparka each have their place, and we capture them as they happen. The jaimala, when the couple exchange garlands, is a moment of pure joy we love to photograph.
The day often opens with a Ganesh puja for an auspicious start, and we are there for it. The mehndi is intimate and detailed, and we photograph both the henna and the laughter around it. From the turmeric of the haldi to the music of the sangeet, the events set the tone for the wedding.

The whole celebration
The days before the wedding often hold the most relaxed, candid moments of the whole celebration. Some couples keep an elaborate sequence of events; others a simpler one, and we shape coverage to yours.
We photograph the ceremony, the portraits and the reception in balance, so each is given its due. We always recommend a little time for couple portraits, often at golden hour, away from the bustle.
Why choose us
We have built our reputation on reliability, warmth and a genuine love of the work. Families return to us, and recommend us, because we treat every ritual as it deserves.
Multi-venue days are never an issue; we plan the route and the timings in advance. We photograph across Greater Manchester regularly, and travelling to Oldham is second nature.

Where we travel
We are glad to discuss your venues and the journey between them when you enquire. We cover the North of England and beyond, and are glad to travel further afield on request.
