Serving Oldham
Oldham is a Pennine town with a strong South Asian community. We photograph Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, Gujarati and Tamil weddings throughout Chadderton, Royton and Failsworth and the surrounding towns. Your celebration in Oldham is in experienced hands, from the first event to the last dance.
We bring a long lens and a light touch, so the most sacred parts of the day are captured from a respectful distance. We capture the details too, the flowers, the jewellery, the mandap and the mehndi, that make your day yours. We work discreetly around the priest, the granthi or the imam, never intruding on a sacred moment.
Oldham is a Pennine town with a strong South Asian community, and we love photographing Asian weddings here and across the North of England. We regularly cover nearby Rochdale and Bury as well. Close to Oldham, we have worked at venues including The Grand Venue, Werneth Suite and Le Grand Hall.
Oldham is a Pennine town with a cotton spinning heritage and a strong South Asian community. Oldham is served by the Metrolink tram network, with stops including Oldham Mumps, and the A627(M). For portraits away from the celebration, Alexandra Park, a Grade II listed Victorian park with a boating lake works beautifully, and Gallery Oldham and the adjacent Oldham Parish Church adds a real sense of place.

What we offer
The dhol, the dancing and the groom's joyful arrival, photographed with all of its energy.
From the morning preparations to the last dance, every event told as one story.
Calm, unobtrusive coverage that captures the day as you lived it, never staged.
Every tradition
We are ready for the giving of the sindoor and the tying of the mangalsutra at a Hindu ceremony. The kanyadaan and the joining of hands at the mandap are photographed with quiet care. We are mindful of every family's customs at the ceremony, and photograph them exactly as they happen.
For Muslim families the walima is a warm celebration in its own right, and we cover it in full. The bhangra and the dancing carry the reception late into the night, and we stay for all of it. We document the engagement and pre-wedding events that begin the journey, when families ask us.

The whole celebration
The henna of the mehndi and the turmeric of the haldi are rich with colour, and we make the most of it. A multi-day Asian wedding can run across three or four days, and we plan our coverage around all of them.
We know the order and timing of each tradition's wedding day, so we are always in position. We keep the day flowing, moving smoothly between the ceremony, the family photos and the reception.

Where we travel
