We are ready for the giving of the sindoor and the tying of the mangalsutra at a Hindu ceremony. We learn the sequence of your particular ceremony beforehand, so whether it is Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, Gujarati or Tamil, we anticipate each ritual rather than chase it. When the couple rise as husband and wife and turn to their families, we are already facing them, ready for the smiles that follow the solemnity.

For Muslim families the walima is a warm celebration in its own right, and we cover it in full. A sangeet belongs to the family, all rehearsed dances and gentle teasing, and we keep pace with its energy late into the night. When the baraat sets off, the dhol drives the dancing and the groom moves slowly forward amid his family, and we are in the thick of every joyful step.
