Serving Bolton
Bolton is a town with a large South Asian community and grand venues. Asian families throughout Farnworth, Horwich and Westhoughton trust us with their celebrations, large and small. We cover the whole of the North of England, and Bolton and the towns around it are well known to us.
We blend candid storytelling with a handful of timeless, beautifully lit portraits. We are at ease with large, multi-day celebrations and intimate ceremonies alike. We balance documentary coverage with a few quiet portraits, so your album holds both energy and elegance.
We know Bolton, a town with a large South Asian community and grand venues, and the surrounding part of Greater Manchester well, having photographed Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, Gujarati and Tamil weddings throughout Farnworth, Horwich and Westhoughton. We are often in nearby Oldham and Rochdale too. Venues we know well in and near Bolton include Bolton Excellency, Last Drop Village Hotel and Regent Hall.
Bolton is a Greater Manchester town with a strong textile heritage and a large South Asian community. Bolton railway station sits on the line between Manchester and Preston, with the M61 close by. We often take couples to Queens Park, a Victorian park with lakes and formal planting near the town centre for a few quiet portraits, and Bolton Town Hall, a grand classical building in Victoria Square is a lovely backdrop nearby.

Every tradition
The kanyadaan and the joining of hands at the mandap are photographed with quiet care. We keep our distance during the most solemn moments and step in only for the joyful ones. We know the order of the rituals in each tradition, so we are always in position.
We capture the lively baraat as the groom arrives, with the dhol, the dancing and the milni. We are glad to cover a single event or the whole multi-day celebration. The bhangra and the dancing carry the reception late into the night, and we stay for all of it.

The whole celebration
A multi-day Asian wedding can run across three or four days, and we plan our coverage around all of them. A celebration often opens with an intimate mehndi at home and a lively sangeet full of music and dance.
The best galleries are spread evenly across the day, not saved for the ceremony alone. We capture the reception in full, the speeches, the first dance and the bhangra.
Why choose us
One studio, comfortable with every tradition, means you need only one experienced team for the whole celebration. We are trusted with celebrations of every size, from intimate ceremonies to several hundred guests.
We travel happily across Greater Manchester and the surrounding counties for the whole celebration. We photograph across Greater Manchester regularly, and travelling to Bolton is second nature.

Where we travel
Multi-venue days are never an issue; we plan the route and the timings in advance. We cover the North of England and beyond, and are glad to travel further afield on request.
