A Sikh wedding day is really two commissions sharing nothing but a date. Inside the gurdwara the light belongs to the building and stays as the building made it; nobody adds to it, shifts it, or bounces anything off a ceiling. Anand karaj proceeds inside whatever the darbar hall happens to hold at that hour, and no part of it can be adjusted for a camera, so the reach you walked in with decides what you walk out with.
Afterwards everything inverts. Between those two jobs sits a transfer, and in Bath a transfer is where schedules fail. Sangat arriving by train at Bath Spa may have no car with them, so the stretch following the closing ardas can run longer than any timeline admits.

Langar afterwards is warm, unposed, and routinely ignored by photographers; it should not be. A doli ends the day, and it asks for whatever reach the bag still holds.
