Serving Harrow
Harrow is one of NW London's great Asian wedding centres, rich in temples and gurdwaras. The gurdwaras and reception halls of London and the surrounding area are well known to us, from the ceremony to the last dance across Wealdstone, Kenton and North Harrow. We know the local gurdwaras and their early-morning timings well, and plan the day around them.
We read the rhythm of a Sikh celebration and are always in the right place for the milni, the laavan and the doli. We move quietly around the darbar sahib, capturing the four laavan as they happen rather than staging them. Our approach is relaxed and documentary, so you can be present in your own Anand Karaj rather than posing for it.
Much of our work takes us across Greater London; Harrow, one of NW London's great Asian wedding centres, rich in temples and gurdwaras, and the towns around it, including Wealdstone, Kenton and North Harrow, are very familiar to us. We also cover nearby Hounslow and Ilford. Close to Harrow, we have worked at venues including Premier Banqueting London, Sangam Banqueting and The Hive London.
A north-west London town best known for Harrow School and the historic hilltop village of Harrow on the Hill. Served by Harrow-on-the-Hill station on the Metropolitan line and Harrow and Wealdstone station, near the A404 and A409. We often take couples to Harrow Recreation Ground below the hill for a few quiet portraits, and Harrow School and St Mary's Church on Harrow on the Hill is a lovely backdrop nearby.

What we offer
Punjabi and Sikh weddings across every family tradition, with the milni and the laavan understood.
The standing prayer that frames the Anand Karaj, captured as the sangat bow before the Guru Granth Sahib.
Hand-finished albums that hold the whole story of your Anand Karaj and every event around it.
Every tradition
We are mindful of gurdwara etiquette throughout, never turning our back to the Guru Granth Sahib. We photograph the milni, the morning meeting of the two families, with all of its warmth and garlands. From the milni to the final ardaas, the Anand Karaj tells its own story, and we follow it closely.
We document the sagai and the engagement that begin the journey, when families ask us. The day often opens early with kirtan in the gurdwara, and we are there for it. From the first event to the last, we tell the full story of the celebration.

The whole celebration
The turmeric of the maiyan and the henna of the mehndi are rich with colour, and we make the most of it. We tailor the hours to your events, whether it is one key day or a long weekend of celebrations.
We document the grand moments and the quiet ones in between, so nothing is lost. We stay through the evening to capture the reception, from the grand entrance to the last dance.
Why choose us
We have spent twenty-five years learning the detail of the Anand Karaj, and it shows in every gallery. We are trusted with Sikh celebrations of every size, from an intimate darbar sahib to several hundred in the langar hall.
We cover the whole of the UK for Anand Karaj ceremonies, so distance never stands between us and your gurdwara. We are used to Sikh celebrations spread across several venues, and keep the day flowing from the milni to the langar.

Where we travel
Wherever your jaggo and your Anand Karaj take place across London and the surrounding area, we will be there in good time for the morning kirtan. We factor in the early gurdwara timings and the milni carefully, so we are always in position before the four laavan.

Good to know
Most Sikh weddings run from the morning maiyan or milni through to the reception, so full-day coverage works best. For multi-day celebrations we tailor the hours to your events.
Always. We carry backup cameras, lenses and memory cards to every wedding, and back up your images on the day, so your photographs are safe.
Yes. For larger Sikh weddings we bring a second photographer, so the milni and the bridal preparations can be covered at once and both the ceremony and the guests are fully captured.
Very. We photograph the four laavan and the prayers from a respectful distance with quiet, long-lens work, seated with the sangat, so the Anand Karaj is never disturbed.
Of course. We regularly photograph fusion and mixed-faith weddings, blending the Anand Karaj and Sikh customs with another family's traditions with care and respect.
