Serving Wealdstone
Wealdstone is a Harrow district north of the town centre. We travel throughout Greater London for gurdwara ceremonies, and Harrow Weald, Stanmore are all familiar to us. We are as at ease with a quiet family langar as we are with a reception of several hundred guests.
We take the time beforehand to understand your family's customs and the order of the maiyan, mehndi and jaggo. We photograph the sacred and the joyful with equal care, the Anand Karaj as faithfully as the bhangra. We arrive early for the gurdwara start, stay through the doli and keep pace with the reception.
We know Wealdstone, a Harrow district north of the town centre, and the surrounding part of Greater London well, having photographed Sikh weddings throughout Harrow Weald, Stanmore. We are often in nearby Westminster and Southall too. Local Sikh wedding venues we know near Wealdstone include Premier Banqueting London and Masefield Suite & Byron Hall.
A Harrow district north of the town centre, historically known for the Kodak works that once employed thousands locally. Served by Harrow and Wealdstone station on the Bakerloo line, London Overground and the West Coast Main Line. For portraits away from the celebration, Byron Recreation Ground, an open green space with playing fields and playground works beautifully, and The former Kodak factory site on Headstone Drive, a longstanding local landmark adds a real sense of place.

What we offer
The morning meeting of the two families, with garlands, the dhol and warm embraces, captured in full.
We keep the calm of the darbar sahib and work quietly within gurdwara etiquette.
Beautifully bound albums designed around your favourite images of the four laavan and the milni.
Every tradition
Before the ceremony the groom's sehra is tied, and we photograph the sehra bandi with a gentle eye. We photograph the choora and kaleere given to the bride, and the quiet blessings of her elders. The langar that follows the ceremony, shared by the whole sangat, is a moment of community we capture with warmth.
The pre-wedding events are often where the most natural photographs come from, and we give them full attention. The doli, when the bride leaves her family home, is the most tender moment of the day. The day often opens early with kirtan in the gurdwara, and we are there for it.

The whole celebration
Some couples keep an elaborate sequence of events; others a simpler one, and we shape coverage to yours. We can join you for a single event or follow the whole journey from the very first ritual.
The story often turns to the doli in the afternoon, before the energy of the evening reception. We capture the reception in full, the speeches, the first dance and the bhangra on the floor.
Why choose us
Our long experience means a calm, capable presence whatever the gurdwara day brings. We have built our reputation on reliability, warmth and a genuine love of Sikh weddings and their rituals.
We are London-based and travel across Greater London and the wider region for the Anand Karaj and every event around it. We photograph Sikh weddings throughout London and the surrounding area, and the gurdwaras around Wealdstone are firmly within the area we cover.

Where we travel
We cover the whole of the UK for Anand Karaj ceremonies, so distance never stands between us and your gurdwara. Reaching your gurdwara is simply part of how we work, and distance is never a barrier to covering the milni.

Very much so. We know the ceremony by heart, from the milni and the kirtan to the ardaas and the four laavan, and we position ourselves so each laav is captured calmly and respectfully.
