Yes. Those tend to be home affairs: one crowded room, a single window and ten people blocking it, so we shoot close and use what exists. Short, messy, very funny, and it regularly outshines the ceremony itself for pictures.

We are having a fusion wedding blending two faiths. Can you photograph both halves?+

Yes, provided both halves reach the schedule we are given. The practical risk is not sensitivity, it is timing. Two ceremonies across one weekend mean two sets of officiants and two different sets of expectations about the camera.

Will you photograph the vidaai or bride's farewell?+

If the family wants it kept, then yes, recorded from a distance. Nobody repeats a farewell for a photographer, so there is one chance: a long lens, a spot outside the ring of relatives, and the camera lowered once the car pulls away.

Are you experienced with Tamil and South Indian weddings?+

Certainly. Tamil and South Indian weddings are well within our experience, from the muhurtham and the tying of the thali to the many customs surrounding them. We know how early these ceremonies often begin and the sequence they take, so nothing catches us unprepared.
