Serving Wealdstone
Wealdstone is a Harrow district north of the town centre. From the mandap to the reception, we keep the day flowing across venues throughout Harrow Weald, Stanmore. Whether your mandap is in Wealdstone itself or elsewhere across Greater London, we plan the day around your venues.
We work discreetly around the pandit and the families, never intruding on a sacred moment. We bring a long lens and a light touch, so the most sacred parts of the day are captured from a respectful distance. We take the time beforehand to understand your customs and the order of your events.
From our London base we travel across Greater London for Hindu weddings, and Wealdstone, a Harrow district north of the town centre, is a familiar destination. We also photograph in nearby Westminster and Southall. Wealdstone and the towns around it offer venues such as Premier Banqueting London and Masefield Suite & Byron Hall, all familiar to us.
A Harrow district north of the town centre, historically known for the Kodak works that once employed thousands locally. Served by Harrow and Wealdstone station on the Bakerloo line, London Overground and the West Coast Main Line. For portraits away from the celebration, Byron Recreation Ground, an open green space with playing fields and playground works beautifully, and The former Kodak factory site on Headstone Drive, a longstanding local landmark adds a real sense of place.

What we offer
At home with the mandvo, the pithi, the hastamelap and the four mangal pheras.
The dhol, the dancing and the groom's joyful arrival, photographed with all of its energy.
From the morning puja to the last dance of the reception, every event told as one story.
Every tradition
The exchange of garlands high above the guests is a moment of laughter and joy, and we are ready for it. We know the order of the mandap rituals by heart, so we are always in position. We anticipate the muhurat, the auspicious hour that sets the pace of the ceremony.
The mehndi is intimate and detailed, and we photograph both the henna and the laughter around it. From the turmeric of the haldi to the music of the sangeet, the events set the tone for the wedding. The vidaai, when the bride leaves her family home, is the most tender moment of the day.

The whole celebration
The pre-wedding events often span several days, each with its own mood. The celebration usually builds gradually, from the quiet of the puja to the exuberance of the sangeet.
We document the grand moments and the quiet ones in between, so nothing is lost. We photograph the ceremony, the portraits and the reception in balance, so each is given its due.
