Ceremonies rarely run to the second, so we stay alert throughout, ready for the moments that arrive early, run long or happen when least expected.

The cutting of the cake and the first dance often run close together, and we stay ready for both, keeping our light soft and our presence easy. From the morning preparations to the last dance, we cover the whole day, and we are glad to include an engagement shoot beforehand so you feel relaxed on camera. The confetti line, the receiving line and the toasts each have their own small drama, and we are ready for all of them without asking anyone to pose.

Yes, and we recommend them. A relaxed pre-wedding shoot lets us get to know each other, helps you feel comfortable in front of the camera and often calms any nerves about the wedding day itself. You also come away with lovely images you can use for save-the-dates or a guest sign-in book.

Do you ask for a deposit to secure our date?+

Yes, we ask for a booking fee when you confirm, which reserves your date in our diary and comes off your total balance. The remaining amount is then due a few weeks before the wedding. We will set everything out clearly in writing, so you always know exactly where you stand.

How much time should we allow for photography?+

It depends on your plans, but as a guide we suggest around thirty minutes for family groups, twenty for couple portraits and a little breathing room after the ceremony. We would rather you enjoy the day than rush between set-ups, so we build the schedule to feel relaxed. We will talk this through with you.

Do you cover the whole of Leicestershire?+
