Lay-flat books on heavy stock, sized so a double spread carries a full room without a hinge running through somebody's face. Parent copies come smaller. We build the sequence, you rearrange it, and nothing is printed until you sign it off.

Two bodies each, spare glass, spare batteries, and every card written in duplicate as the frames are taken. Nothing lives on one card or inside one machine. Gear fails at inconvenient moments, so the plan assumes it will.

Previews land within a week or so. The finished gallery follows around six weeks later, or longer if the summer is busy. Albums add time again, since they wait on your notes. If relatives abroad need something quicker, say so.

Yes. The differences that matter to a camera are timing and tempo: what happens outdoors, what happens quickly, and which parts the grandparents will want printed. We go through your family's version beforehand rather than assuming a standard one exists.

We carry on for as long as you want us, agreed between us in the moment rather than argued over. Late coverage is technically another job altogether, since the room is dark and the floor is full, so lighting goes up early.
