We are close for that, and we are silent. Recitation puts our cameras down, without anyone needing to say so. Ask your imam beforehand how near the front a lens may come. Answers differ, and it is not for us to guess.
Mangni, mehndi and walima are three separate events sharing one label, and all three want separate plans. A henna night is coloured light and close work on hands. Rukhsati is the sequence nobody stages a second time, and it usually lands outdoors in poor light, so somebody should already be standing out there. The walima is the week's one lit event, the part where a room genuinely can be turned into the thing you pictured.
