Fine-Art Albums
Hand-finished albums that hold the whole story of your Hindu celebration.
Hindu wedding photography in Wakefield, from the milni and the varmala to the sacred agni and the saptapadi, with twenty-five years behind the lens and fine-art prints.
Serving Wakefield
Wakefield is a Yorkshire cathedral city with country venues. We are used to multi-venue days throughout West Yorkshire, moving smoothly between Ossett, Horbury and Castleford. We photograph at temples, mandaps and banqueting halls right across West Yorkshire.
We read the rhythm of a Hindu celebration and are always in the right place at the right time. We document each event as it happens, so your gallery feels true to the day you lived. We move quietly through the day, capturing the real moments rather than staging them.
Whether your celebration is in Wakefield itself or elsewhere in West Yorkshire, we plan travel and timings with care. Wakefield is a Yorkshire cathedral city with country venues. We also photograph in nearby Bradford and Leeds.

What we offer
Hand-finished albums that hold the whole story of your Hindu celebration.
From the morning puja to the last dance of the reception, every event told as one story.
Discreet, respectful coverage around the pandit and the sacred fire.
Every tradition
We work quietly around the pandit so the ceremony at the mandap is never disturbed. We keep our distance during the most solemn moments and step in only for the joyful ones. The varmala and the madhuparka each have their place, and we capture them as they happen.
The day often opens with a Ganesh puja for an auspicious start, and we are there for it. We capture the family moments around the bride and groom, not just the rituals. For Gujarati families, we know the mandvo, the grah shanti and the pithi, and photograph each with care.

The whole celebration
The sangeet brings an evening of music and dance before the wedding day itself. The celebration usually builds gradually, from the quiet of the puja to the exuberance of the sangeet.
From the morning preparations to the final dance, we give every part of the day the same care. We document the grand moments and the quiet ones in between, so nothing is lost.
Why choose us
We know the rhythm of a mandap ceremony by heart, so the sacred moments are always captured. Twenty-five years behind the lens means we know exactly what comes next in the order of the day.
We are London-based and travel across West Yorkshire and the wider region for Hindu weddings. We travel happily across West Yorkshire and the surrounding counties for the whole celebration.

Where we travel
From London we reach Wakefield easily, and we know the venues of West Yorkshire well. We are used to celebrations spread across several venues, and keep the day flowing between them.

Good to know
Yes. Our style is mainly documentary, but we will also gather a handful of timeless couple and family portraits so your album has both.
Very much so. We know the mandap rituals by heart, from the jaimala and kanyadaan to the pheras and the saptapadi, and we position ourselves so the sindoor and mangalsutra are always captured.
Most Hindu weddings run from the morning preparations through to the reception, so full-day coverage works best. For multi-day celebrations we tailor the hours to your events.
Yes. For larger Hindu weddings we bring a second photographer so the mandap rituals and the guests are both fully covered, and the baraat and the bridal preparations can be photographed at once.
Of course. Whether it is an intimate mandap ceremony or a celebration of several hundred, we tailor our coverage to your day.
