We recently did a family photoshoot with our 8 months old daughter, and it was such a lovely experience. Kaushik was brilliant with her, so patient and playful, and he managed to get so many genuine smiles from her, which made a huge difference. He made us feel really comfortable throughout the shoot and never rushed us.

I love his services, he was very very patient even though we got there late he still took his time capturing a very good family pictures. He also gave us time to satisfy our 6months old one in order to capture her great smile despite the fact that it was passed his closing hours. I would definitely recommend him as you won't be disappointed, you will love him.

Why choose us

Why book a pet session in Cockfosters

Outdoor sessions start slowly with plenty of sniffing, then move to still portraits and finally to action, when your dog is relaxed and ready to run. Kaushik works close to the ground and keeps an eye on the light so dark coats still show detail.

Once home, you look through an online gallery and choose favourites in your own time, with nobody pushing a sale. Retouching removes leads and stray distractions while keeping fur and eyes natural. Files arrive ready for print and screen, and canvases and frames are available to order.

Pet Photographer in Cockfosters, FAQs

Yes. Outdoor pet sessions near Cockfosters can take place in Trent Country Park, with its long lime avenue, lakes and woodland, reached from Cockfosters Road.

Yes. Owners and children can join the pictures as much as they like, and those frames are often the most treasured. Sitting together on the grass near the lakes in Trent Country Park makes a relaxed setting, and it helps an excitable dog settle when its people are close.

Not at all. An energetic dog is often the most fun to photograph. In Trent Country Park there is space to let your dog run first, which takes the edge off, and then we capture both the action and a calmer portrait afterwards. If your dog's recall is patchy, a long line is worth bringing.

A good walk beforehand helps, though not so long that your pet is exhausted. Bring favourite treats, a toy that gets a reaction, water and a towel. A brush through the coat is worth doing, and a clean collar or harness looks better in close-ups. Tell us about any nerves or quirks in advance.

We give animals time to settle and sniff before any photographs are taken, move slowly and quietly, and take breaks whenever needed. Owners stay close.
